A mixer truck is a special vehicle. Not all drivers who can drive can drive a mixer truck. Improper operation may cause rollover, excessive wear of the hydraulic pump, motor, and reducer, and even serious consequences.
1. Before starting the mixer truck, the mixer drum operating handle should be placed in the "stop" position.
2. After the mixer truck starts the engine, the mixer drum should be rotated at a low speed for about 10 minutes to allow the hydraulic oil temperature to rise to above 20°C before it can work.
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixer drum should be reversed before loading to discharge the accumulated water and debris to ensure the quality of the concrete.
4. When the mixer truck is transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the bucket is firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, which may injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles during driving.
5. When the mixer truck is transporting the mixed concrete, the mixer drum speed is 2-10 rpm. During transportation, the mixer drum speed is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on flat roads. When driving on roads with a side slope greater than 50, or roads with large left and right swaying, the mixing rotation should be stopped and the mixing rotation should be resumed after the road conditions improve.
6. The time for the concrete mixer truck to transport concrete cannot exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum must not be stopped for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregating. The driver should always observe the concrete situation, report any abnormalities to the dispatch room in time, and apply for processing.
7. When the mixer truck is loaded with concrete, the stagnation time on site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site should be asked to deal with it in time.
8. The slump of concrete transported by the mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time the concrete enters the tank to the time it is discharged, it must be discharged within 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it must not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy weather.
9. Before discharging concrete, the mixer truck should rotate the mixing drum at a speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.
10. After the concrete mixer truck has finished discharging, the feed port, discharge hopper and discharge chute should be immediately rinsed with the hose on the truck to remove the dirt and residual concrete adhering to various parts of the vehicle body, and then 150-200L of clean water should be poured into the mixing drum. On the way back, the mixing drum should be rotated slowly to clean the inner wall to avoid residual slag attached to the drum wall and mixing blades, and the water should be drained before loading again.
11. When the concrete mixer truck is transporting concrete, the engine speed should work within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to give the engine maximum torque. During the transportation of concrete, the vehicle speed should not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving safety.
12. After the cement mixer truck is finished working, the inside of the mixing drum and the body should be cleaned, and the remaining concrete should not be left in the drum.
13. When the cement mixer is working, it is forbidden to idle, and it should not be used continuously for more than 15 minutes.
14. The water tank of the concrete mixer should be kept full for emergency use. After the winter shutdown, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum should be drained and parked in a sunny and non-watery place to avoid freezing the machine.
15. The mixer should be installed with insulation in time in winter, and antifreeze should be used to protect the mixer. The fuel grade should be changed according to weather changes to ensure the normal use of the machine. 16. When checking and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of the cement mixer, the engine and hydraulic pump should be operated without pressure.
17. When adjusting the clearance, stroke and pressure of each part of the concrete mixer, it should be checked and approved by a full-time safety officer; when replacing parts, it must be signed by the minister or manager in charge, otherwise the relevant personnel will be held accountable if there is a problem.
