On 11 November, the National Quality Enterprise Experience Exchange Site Promotion Meeting was held in Beijing. The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, exchanged experiences and practices of quality enterprises, and deployed the work of promoting quality enterprises. Luo Wen, secretary of the party group and director of the State Administration for Market Supervision, Ma Jun, vice mayor of Beijing, and An Lijia, vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Liu Jun, member of the party group and deputy director of the State Administration for Market Supervision, presided over the meeting. As the only enterprise representative from Jiangsu Province, Yang Dongsheng, Party Secretary and Chairman of XCMG and XCMG Machinery, was invited to attend the conference.

On the site of the conference, as the representative of the front-line team, Meng Wei, a great national craftsman from XCMG, made a report titled ‘carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, tamping down the foundation of quality, and accelerate the construction of world-class enterprises’.
